📦 Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return:
The item must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
The return must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.
Items must be shipped back to us in the same condition in which you received them.
We do not accept returns on items that have been:
Opened, used, or tampered with
Damaged due to improper storage or handling after delivery
Returned after the 30-day window has expired
💸 Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will:
Approve the return if it meets the criteria above
Process a full refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days
You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been issued.
🚚 Return Shipping
If the return is due to an error on our part (damaged, incorrect, or defective item), we will cover the cost of return shipping.
For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to ensure your return is received safely.
