At Save Big Medical, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Eligible Returns

Due to the nature of medical supplies, we can only accept returns on unopened, unused, and sealed products in their original packaging. Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.

We cannot accept returns on:

Opened, used, or damaged items

Items marked as non-returnable

Expired products

Prescription or regulated medical products (if applicable)

Please include your order number and reason for return when contacting us.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Please allow 3–5 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective product, etc.).

Exchanges
We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.
